Au cœur du quartier du Carré d’Or, vous vous trouverez 2 minutes à pied de la Promenade des Anglais et de la mer. Les restaurants et bars de la « Zone Piétonne » comme l’appelle les Niçois sont à quelques pas. Au milieu de l’architecture Belle Époques typique, vous trouverez des enseignes de shopping renommées. La proximité avec l’arrêt de tram Alsace-Lorraine vous facilitera les déplacements à travers la ville, même si le Vieux Nice et ses ruelles sont accessibles à pied. La gare est à moins de 20 min de marche, vous pourrez ainsi vous perdre dans les pittoresques villes alentours tels que Monaco, Èze ou Cannes.
In the heart of the Carré d'Or district, you're just a 2-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. The restaurants and bars of the "Zone Piétonne", as the people of Nice call it, are just a few steps away. Amidst the typical Belle Epoque architecture, you'll find some of the most famous shopping names.
